Kitten Academy

The most current project that we launched is our Kitten Academy! This is an extensive Two day training program where we cover Vet Tech level neonate kitten care such as emergency birthing procedures for pregnant mama cats, first aid, CPR & choking, as well as disease prevention, recognition and mitigation. Students in the course have hands on training as well as practicums for certain skills such as CPR. This training is Free to everyone with the idea that the more we train, the more lives we can assist in saving.

Save the Kitties Campaign

Save the Kitties is the main campaign for SOXrescue. This is the heart of our mission statement and everything we believe in. Our mission is to save as many abandoned cats & kittens from being put down in shelters. Every project and program is centered around "Save the Kitties."

ALLY Veterinary Transport

One of the projects that’s been in development and is currently in beta testing is the ALLY Veterinary Transport / Animal Disaster Response. We provide transport for families that can’t make it to the vet hospital or who’s pets (both cats & dogs) are in need of emergency care and transport. The program will also lead a team of trained disaster responders who also respond to animal cruelty, hoarding, and emergency cases. ALLY is staffed with on call Vet Techs that respond to calls & appointments. We believe that with ALLY, we can hopefully prevent the loss of life by providing support with a quicker response rate and individuals trained to care for our loved pets. ALLY has currently managing all of our long distance transports throughout California.

Team MEOW

Team MEOW participates in half marathons, 5 & 10Ks, and local fun runs. By joining us, you'll reach your fitness goals AND make a real difference for felines in need by raising much needed funding, supporting our mission and raising awareness of the Save the Kitties campaign.

advoCATs

advoCATs are the backbone of SOXrescue. They are the voice and purr of our fundraising efforts - they raise awareness at events about our mission, inform the community about our Save the Kitties campaign, and represent SOXrescue as ambassadors.
